We were contacted by the sales staff about them purchasing our 2021 Jeep Wrangler. We were in the middle of actively looking to purchase a vehicle for my son so we found a 2021 Toyota Corolla that had been on the lot for 100 days in good condition except a broken bumper. Prior to purchasing I was told they would fix it, and again when negotiating I was told b/c they were going to incur cost of $2,500 in repairs there was no wiggle room. They signed a paper saying they owed me a new bumper during negotiating (didn't give it to me); then I went to the finance office to sign papers. I asked for the paperwork mentioning the repairs multiple times and the finance guy said I could pick it up when I left they had it at the front desk. Then the salesman brings me the keys, I told him I wasn't taking the car I would just pick it up after, they told me I had to take it because they weren't sure how long it would take to get me back in, and b/c of insurance reasons since I now owned the car it couldn't be kept on the lot. Which is NOT what was discussed. Anyway it's a reputable dealership so I take their word and leave. They call me on Tuesday to bring it in to send to the bodyshop. I get a call on Thursday to pick it up and I'm shocked when no work was done. I told the girl that pulled my car up that I was NOT taking it and she said that their was nothing that she could do that the bodyshop told her that the OWNER called them and told them not to repair the bumper. Now they are saying they never promised to fix it. I'm stuck with a $20K car that I paid list price for with $2500 in damages. I've emailed every person I can find on their website and no one has even given me the courtesy of calling me back. In addition, we were told we could pick up the check for the Jeep we traded in the next morning because the business office closed at 5pm; it's been a week and we still don't have our money. I went to the business office and they said they never should have told us that because it ALWAYS takes weeks. DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!! THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR EMPLOYEES PROMISES! More
