I went in for an oil change tire rotation and a theft update. On a 2020 Kia forte that has 14,000 on the vehicle it is in pristine shape. After the oil change I had to go back to get the next oil change update. On a 2020 Kia forte that has 14,000 on the vehicle it is in pristine shape. After the oil change I had to go back to get the next oil change sticker for window. There was no paper on the floor to protect for shoe dirt. There was dirt on my cloth carpet and you can see the dirt from the sole of the shoe. Also when I came home the dome light did not work on the car when the door was opened and closed. The next day I figured it out before I brought it back to service. Everything is about check and balances the person that dropped my car at the door moved my seat all the way up and I had to move it back. There was nothing to keep my floor clean and I had smudged marks on the inside of the door that somebody worked on the car. The car had only 14,000 miles on the car had to go home and clean my car .( More

I love the dealership. It was really good. I just wish it was a little bit more better timing but I understand the situation so I'm not mad or nothing about it. I appreciat It was really good. Arielle failed to communicate the status/progress of the work on my car. I sat for three hours with no updates, or estimate of time remaining.
