Best customer service and most enjoyable experience In all my years of buying and leasing new vehicles and hating the dealership process since I got my license to drive, Longo Toyota is by far the best In all my years of buying and leasing new vehicles and hating the dealership process since I got my license to drive, Longo Toyota is by far the best and most enjoyable and up to date - straight forward dealer in its category. I did my research online first of inventory and pricing along with promotions, then I called Randal Schlosser at the internet sales dept, who promptly returned my call and set up an appt but informed me that in the event his client prior runs long, I would be in good hands with one of his team partners. When I got there he greeted me in person and then introduced me to Arina Romanovskaya. Arina was very knowledgeable and helpful and I loved the private self credit application terminals, so you are not telling your confidential personal infos to everyone at the dealership to access like the other dealerships that apparently still operate in in 1970s lol! Once we closed, Arina even took time to demonstrate the self parking and multi safety and entertainment features that my new car has to offer. I definitely recommend Longo Toyota and Lexus, their team reps set up the pro standard for others to follow! More

We've always had it serviced there and it still runs like new with over 95,000 miles on it! They always treated us with top notch care. Lately we were thinking about getting into a new Tacoma. Oh no, never giving up the FJ! We had another vehicle we brought in just to drive down to the beach while our FJ was being serviced. We stopped in just to check out a few Tacomas while we were there. We saw this young lady Arina who came up to us with her bright smile and asked if we wanted to look at a few of the Tacomas they had in stock. She showed us a few trucks, then took us around so we could check out as many as we wanted on their lot (and the have a LOT of trucks)! We ended up working a great deal on our other car and found the perfect Tacoma thanks to Arina. We were really happy with her. She stayed late into the night to walk us through the whole experience and we can't say enough great things about her. Thanks Arina!! We also saw the original salesperson that sold us our FJ, Ali Adnan, who has since moved up to the finance department! Congrats Ali! Best deal and service I ever had! I had been to many other dealers trying to get the best deal possible. When I was ready to give up, Arina asked me to tell her what I was looking for. Great painless negotiation. I went in to purchase a new car for my father.
