Had a great experience with everyone at Stan mcnabb Chevrolet. It started with the internet dept and we received a called from Sheena shortly after requesting information. Mechanically speaking as far as the process of purchasing a vehicle, the dealership did everything they were supposed to do. However, they lack the finesse of customer service. They failed miserably to creat a vehicle, the dealership did everything they were supposed to do. However, they lack the finesse of customer service. They failed miserably to create the environment for me as the customer to feel welcome and after making what mini would consider a major purchase, I had to beg for a full tank of gas for my GMC Yukon XL Denali. Additionally, I had to bring the vehicle back to have it vacuumed out again after they presented the vehicle as clean and detailed to have things as large as a goldfish snack treat left under the rear seat that was clearly visible at night just sticking your head into the vehicle. I wasn’t looking for Chick-fil-A level customer service but I was looking to have been made to feel welcome. UNSAT More

They have a couple of friendly salesmen but the manager and people in finance are true liars and thieves. If a buyer isn’t on the ball they won’t catch how their being robbed.
