The service department did their best to keep it running for me but, ultimately, the transmission went. I needed to buy a new car asap and they found exactly what I was looking for and had me in a new car within a couple of days. The staff was amazing-very kind, very helpful. I will be driving my new car into the ground and then I will go back to Key! More
