I love this dealership and service dept. They have always treated me well and listened to my concerns, what’s going on with my vehicle at the moment there is nothing they can do about it. My Uconnect has not worked since the day I purchased this vehicle. It has nothing to do with the dealership they have tried a couple of times to resolve this problem. Florida has also tried to resolve this problem and it can’t be done this dealership. I love I would recommend anyone of my friends go there.. More

More than Disatisfied! ! I purchased a 2023 Jeep Wrangler 4XE new. Within 6 months, experienced the DEATH WOBBLE while driving 65mph! This behicle never went off road. I h ! I purchased a 2023 Jeep Wrangler 4XE new. Within 6 months, experienced the DEATH WOBBLE while driving 65mph! This behicle never went off road. I had the steering dampner installed which was recommended by this dealership. To date, this hasn't fixed the issue. I had to take it back into the dealership for another steering dampner replacement. Then they recommended I replace the factory tires after less than 30K and I did that too. Less than 6 months later, they advised me that they could not balance my tires after my requested rotation. They informed me all 4 wheels were bent. That was not the case as Herveys Tire was able to balance them with no issues. The service department (Jen and Ewen) communication or lack thereof is the worst. I had to call multiple times following up on status throughout the 2 years and the service manager (Ewen) made promises to return call with further info and he did not. It was obvious that he didn't want to deal with the jeep issues and resolve them for me. Additionally, I raised the issues to the General Manager - Hayden and 20 seconds into the conversation we were disconnected. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I called back and left a message and he still has never has returned my call. I bought new so I wouldn't have to deal with these issues.. More

Communication is god awful, had to reach out multiple times for a response to simple questions. On top of his poor communication skills, Aristedes also became super combative and confrontational when cal times for a response to simple questions. On top of his poor communication skills, Aristedes also became super combative and confrontational when called out about misleading messages. I have physical evidence that he lied about my car door being painted when it wasn’t painted at all. Drove two+ hours to come pick up my car only to see that the scratches/paint were not fixed when I was told they were. They kept my car for two weeks with no communication unless I reached out for updates and even then I had to text multiple times over several days before I got a response. Mark was ok to work with but did make various excuses as a scare tactic to get themselves out of work they were committed to doing at the time of sale. Legal documents don’t mean much to them. I have felt very compelled to consult with an attorney as I feel like some of what they’ve done to me is illegal and against our contract. I am just so tired of dealing with the stress from them after the last two months. Be very very careful when making deals with these people. They certainly don’t make for a stress free car buying experience. Wouldn’t send anyone I care about to buy a car from this dealership. More
