A really great service department. John has taken good care of me and all my cars starting with my first Lincoln 20 years ago. I’m battery once again would not start my 2015!escape. I had to bring it to have it tested. I had just had it replaced not yet a year old there. They took me in even though they are short staffed due to Cov had to bring it to have it tested. I had just had it replaced not yet a year old there. Got a call later that it was the battery, it was still under warranty so they replaced it. Told me I’d need new brakes and rotors by next inspection. I asked them to replace them while it was there.
