Arlington explained the financing process and timeframes to get stuff done. 24 hours after test drive I was in the new car and couldn't be happier with it. Also, Pawel is probably the best service guy out there period - takes very good care of me, and is one of the main reasons I continue to stick with Genesis as a brand and Genesis of Naples as my preferred dealer to work with!
