We went in to see a specific car, told Ron what we wanted to pay, purchased the extended warranty after Armando took the time to explain it all in great detail, and the deal was done without much haggling or back and forth that usually goes on when you walk into a car dealership. All the paperwork was done without any hidden fees like window etching, tire fees, etc. that you come across at most other dealerships.
