This is the best car buying experience I ever had! Arno Orsini made this an amazing Mercedes Buying Experience for me. Arno valued my time and was always ready with test cars. Arno was very thorough on the Orsini made this an amazing Mercedes Buying Experience for me. Arno valued my time and was always ready with test cars. Arno was very thorough on the overall knowledge of the car which was the most impressive thing. My first meeting was about 1 hour when I test drove 2 cars and my second meeting was also 1 hr when Arno sold one to me. I must say that he provided an excellent customer service......very impressive ! More
