My previous car was a BMW and it was truly the worst car buying encounter I have ever had. This is my 8th car purchasing/leasing experience and the most rewarding of all. Arno treated me as if I was a VIP customer from the minute I entered the showroom until I drove off in my new car. My brother has been in the car business for over 25 years (out of state) and has always guided me through my transcations. During this time, Arno was extrememly patient with my numerous questions and concerns via email-getting back to me in a timely manner. There were no surpises on the day I signed the financial documents. It was quick and painless. Arno's demonstration of the car was very informative- especially to someone as technilogically deficient as myself! A good product sells itself but the relationship with the customer is the most important aspect of any purchase. More
