We had (Aresion/Danny) help us. My sister wanted to get rid of her ford for a Niro. We had a limited window and test drove earlier in the week and had to come back. Danny let us drive for as long as we wanted and ask a million question. When we came back today they had a model more suited for her needs and it was perfect. Danny and Aresion listed to the terms we had and didn't waste time with the back and forth. They came out with 3 options to fit our financial needs and we chose what worked best for us. THERE WAS NO PRESSURE, NO SHADY TACTICS AND NO TIME WASTED. In todays market of high prices and slimy dealers, you will not find that here. Highly recommend them, stay away from Towbin Kia come here. It's worth the drive if on the other side of town. We actually got what we asked for without a hard time or stress. I hate buying a car because it is so high pressure and it is an all day affair. Inventory on new cars is very low but I was lucky enough to find what I wanted, the last one. I was pleased with the customer care until it came time to figure out a price. I had studied their inventory online and had a pretty good idea how much their market adjustments were. I understand reasonab to figure out a price. I had studied their inventory online and had a pretty good idea how much their market adjustments were. I understand reasonable market adjustments and I'm okay with that. But as we talked price, the market adjustment doubled. Anyone who I think is fishing to see how much they can get out of me, loses all credibility. I've done my homework. I said I would think about it. As I was leaving, all of a sudden, the price went down. If they can offer me a lower price as I'm leaving, they should offer me the same as I walk in. Now, someone else will get my business. More
