The service dept is a joke. They do not listen to the customer. There is no reason a tech with no mechanical knowledge determines what's wrong with the vehicle. My time was wast They do not listen to the customer. There is no reason a tech with no mechanical knowledge determines what's wrong with the vehicle. My time was wasted by the guy in a suit behind the counter who knows nothing about cars tells me to come down to drive the car with the tech to identify the issue I was experiencing. I did so the service tech told me it was a heat shield. Then it was the tranny dipstick hitting the intercooler or turbo inlet. Funny cause it only rattles when the car makes boost. So it's either a broken bracket, shaft play in the turbo, or the wastegate. I told them this was ignored and car was returned with the issue still there. Now they want me to come back. The manager was so concerned according to the service guy but never returned my call. So yea they don't give a crap. Unless u have a warranty with them go some where else. More

I came in for a simple computer problem. My flash drive was no longer being read. While that problem was handily corrected by changing the format, their complimentary inspection identified a My flash drive was no longer being read. While that problem was handily corrected by changing the format, their complimentary inspection identified am unusual leakage problem. They ordered the part and replaced it the next day. And my advisor spent a significant amount of time making sure it was covered under the warranty. Problem corrected. Time saved. Money definitely saved. More
