Went in for a routine service and the advisor noticed my top on my Bronco was cracked. They had a new one there within a week, provided me with a loaner vehicle and had the vehicle done within 24 hours. I d top on my Bronco was cracked. Service team were very thorough in diagnosing an issue with my vehicle and didn’t try upselling or piling on additional items. Worked quickly and were able to get parts in and installed so we were not wit with my vehicle and didn’t try upselling or piling on additional items. Had repairs done to F-350, after getting it home noticed front hubs were in locked position, shouldn’t have been left in that position in summer season. Also, next day tire pressure sensor went off, found r front hubs were in locked position, shouldn’t have been left in that position in summer season. Also, next day tire pressure sensor went off, found rear tire at 50 lbs the other rear was at 80. The rearend was rebuilt, why would my tire pressure be changed? Had to reinflate right rear tire.
