Initially I was in at this Sands Chevrolet Dealership to follow my Service Tech: Scott Davis whom has been helping me maintain my 2010 Cobalt since I purchased it. While Scott & his team were servicing my c follow my Service Tech: Scott Davis whom has been helping me maintain my 2010 Cobalt since I purchased it. While Scott & his team were servicing my car, I walked over to the Sales Dept. I initially purchased my Cobalt when I was a resident in Phoenix, however since my move back to my rural residence a car REALLY is not pratical. I mentioned to my husband I would SEE if MAYBE we could do a trade into a truck. After Art & Ernest listened to my needs, ran the usual credit check..I was able to test drive my vehicle to where my husband was (local Pick-A-Part) business as he was helping my daughter with her vehicle. He couldn't believe we drove the truck to him to decide if "it was the one", 30 minutes later...I was signing paperwork for ownership. Our new truck loan is soley in our name (no co-signer), zero down, previous card paid off, we get refunded all the previous extended warranty, registration and balances. Thank you Ernest for not bending in your favor to much and FINALLY just letting me get my way...you drive a hard bargain on the sales negotiations but "the customer is always right"! You guys are awesome and my husband was so excited driving his new truck the 175 miles home. He said he would've never thought we could afford a 2013 truck (before 2013 was here). He's definately a deserving and happy husband and Ernest, Scott & Art...you guys very much appreciated...and truly my husbands HEROES :) More

When purchasing a new car the customer does not want to be tied up all day with the process. I was able to visit the dealership and within an hour the new car was purchased. Price was very fair, car was delivered clean, Sales Professional gave me a detailed review on how to use all features of car. He spent time to make sure I understood how to use everything on my Tahoe Professional gave me a detailed review on how to use all features of car. He spent time to make sure I understood how to use everything on my Tahoe from the simple windshield wipers to the more complicated radio and steering wheel buttons. He also spent time to show me how to fold down both the 2nd row and 3rd row seating. During the walk around we discovered a windshield wiper needed to be replaced and he took care of it immediately. This is my 4th car purchase from Sands-Glendale and I am very pleased that they treat me fairly and I don't have to listen to a Sales pitch for hours. More
