Art was friendly, personable and had great knowledge of all vehicles I was interested in. Even after buying my vehicle Art called me to insure I was happy with my new car. I was told the day I purchased m all vehicles I was interested in. Even after buying my vehicle Art called me to insure I was happy with my new car. I was told the day I purchased my car that it would be 2 weeks till I could get my windows tinted. To my surprise, Art called me the Monday following my purchase and scheduled me for tinting that week. These guys and gals are great! Very friendly, no high pressure tactics, yet still very serious about selling cars, no bs, just a great deal. I started out at another Chevrolet dealer (Gateway Chevrolet) pressure tactics, yet still very serious about selling cars, no bs, just a great deal. I started out at another Chevrolet dealer (Gateway Chevrolet) the night before... unfortunately that was 3 hours of my time that I'll never get back. The clowns at the other dealership were not serious about selling cars. Then I met with Paul the sales manager at Sands, & Art my salesman. They took great care of me from beginning to end, being very mindful of my time, even letting me drive the car to my wife for her to see. The whole deal was quick & easy. I love my new Sonic.
