When the service department didn’t follow through on things, art made sure to make it right. The car we looked at had just come in, but when we made an appointment a week later to test drive it, the car was not cleaned and ready and we had to come at another time. That was frustrating. When we test drove the vehicle, it was not completely cleaned, no fluids topped off, etc. Art gave us a free oil change to take care of that. We dropped off for an oil change and car was not ready after two hours as promised. - had to sit 35 minutes. Got home to find out that no fluids were topped off and windshield washer fluid was not working. We took it back again and Art made it right and they finally took care of it all. We are very satisfied with our vehicle, the price, and salesman. But I hope better communication can happen between sales and service. More
