Finance Department Sucks I came in with my own financing all they needed to do was fax in the VIN and how they wanted to receive payment. After 6 days and numerous calls I had I came in with my own financing all they needed to do was fax in the VIN and how they wanted to receive payment. After 6 days and numerous calls I had to give the ultimatum of “have it ready for pick up today or the deal is off” finance told my salesman that my financing was the hold up. The paperwork was time stamped at my financial institution 15 minutes after I made the ultimatum phone call. Being repeatedly lied to is not how I wish to do business. My salesman exceeded our expectations More

Awesome Experience-Highly Recommended Art Meade is my sales rep and he is awesome! He worked with me and showed me vehicles within my price range and my desire for the size I was interest Art Meade is my sales rep and he is awesome! He worked with me and showed me vehicles within my price range and my desire for the size I was interested in. He is very personable and friendly. He called me right away when the Buick I was interested in went off hold and we arranged a test drive. I had never been to Sundance, but my boyfriend had previously bought two or three from Sundance, so he recommended the dealership. They all seem to enjoy working there and have fun. Art stayed beyond his normal quitting time so I could have a closer look at the Buick - I drove it home that evening. I don't think it is possible for anyone to do any more for a customer than Art did. Very enjoyable experience and I will start at Sundance for my next vehicle purchase. More
