First my partner was shopping around and found exactly what he wanted at another dealer leaving Scott hanging. (you gotta gotta go where the dream car is) And I have been in a hand full of times to test drive everything with a hatch! Yesterday I was ready to buy, but still hemming and hawing between Subaru and Honda.. It was truly the car that won me over, but Scott's professionalism and patience really helped the process go by quickly and he allowed me to have a list fun at that! Art and Chang also played helpful roles. I appreciated Art's no nonsense advice and how Scott and Art worked well as a team together. It's a breath of fresh air in a car dealership. This is my third Subaru, but first time at this dealer. I will return for service, and in the future when I am ready for that upper midlife crisis sporty little car, I will be back and hope that Scott will be there to join me in the pursuit of the perfect car once again! The new building is well appointed and staff are welcoming. The one thing they lack when I visit? Dogs... they need a dog or two roaming the halls! More
