They waste all your time! Very disappointing. I dropped my car off for an oil change, tire rotation, and to have the liftgate struts replaced under warranty - for the 2nd time. The liftgate strut I dropped my car off for an oil change, tire rotation, and to have the liftgate struts replaced under warranty - for the 2nd time. The liftgate struts were replaced under warranty. When I arrived to pick up my car, they realized they never performed the oil change and tire rotation as requested. I had to wait an additional hour for the oil change and tire rotation after they had already told me everything was completed as requested. I marked all of my tires prior to dropping it off for servicing. When I finally got my car, I checked the markings on my tires and realized my tires had not been rotated. At that point, I was too disgusted to even bring it to their attention. Needless to say, I will be looking elsewhere to take my car for servicing. To say, I am totally disappointed, is an understatement! The only consolation was my service rep, AJ, could not have been more polite and apologetic over the mishap. More

Antonio and Brianna were a pleasant to check me in when my service advisor AJ was not there. I felt comfortable with them. I will always return back to dealership for my services. Next year hopefully I wil my service advisor AJ was not there. I felt comfortable with them. I will always return back to dealership for my services. Next year hopefully I will be able to buy a new car. More
