I have bought many cars in my lifetime, and I never had such a knowledgeable salesman as I had with Arthur Chen. The way he explains what options came with this vehicle compared to the next level of the s such a knowledgeable salesman as I had with Arthur Chen. The way he explains what options came with this vehicle compared to the next level of the same vehicle, he has it down pat that you fully understand what options they all came with. When it came time to take possession of my new vehicle, he was in no rush, and showed me everything that I was getting, hooked up my phone, explained the navigation system usage. And the list goes on and on of what he could do to make me feel comfortable with my new vehicle. Arthur Chen, in my opinion, needs more stars than what you have listed as the maximum of five. I brought many people over to Honda of Bridgewater to purchase their vehicle, but this was my first purchase of a Honda, and found everyone to be so nice. Had many contacts with Jane and Marlon, besides Arthur, and they were also wonderful to work with and speak to. I cannot say enough about how happy I am with my new purchase of my first Honda vehicle. Many thanks to all of you. More

I had a few personal complications come up during the buying process and both Arther and Jane worked together to find answers. They are so knowledgeable that even facing my personal snags I felt relaxed. I would highly recommend working with Arthur and Jane when shopping for a new or pre-owned vehicle. More
