Nye’s customer service was outstanding. I showed them my problem. They understood it. They quickly diagnosed the problem and made a smart recommendation but ultimately left the decision up I showed them my problem. They understood it. Service Manager was inattentive to my explanation of my problem. Could not get a direct quote on my repair. Didn't seem right that you couldn't get the right part number until the engine intake was removed problem. Could not get a direct quote on my repair. Didn't seem right that you couldn't get the right part number until the engine intake was removed and not sure the part is in stock. Couldn't tell me how many days it would take for the repair. The tech was very nice, he saw me leaving unsatisfied and explained the problem and told me where I could get help, and I shouldn't be having this problem with so few miles with the vehicle in such good shape, and seemed like he wanted to,help and fix my vehicle. More

I please with the prompt service I received. but extremely unhappy with the price !! I was told that to clean and lube my brakes was $99 instead of $140,but they failed to tell me that it was but extremely unhappy with the price !! I feel that I wasn't explained up front what the cost was when all I wanted was the basic oil change and tires rotated. Yes, I agreed to the work but the cost wasn't explained completely. I wouldn't of had it done at that rate. Probably won't go back there for service again. DISAPPOINTED More

Great service at Nye Chevrolet. I had a problem with my battery dying - they identified the problem in a couple days (another dealership had it for weeks without finding the proble I had a problem with my battery dying - they identified the problem in a couple days (another dealership had it for weeks without finding the problem).
