Service mananger inattentive to my explanation of my,problem. Couldn'n get a direct quote on my repair. I had time left on my powertrain warrenty but it wasn't coverd, engine problem seems like should be coverd. Didn't seem right that they had to remove engine intake to get correct part number, or if the part was avalible. Couldn't tell me how long they would have my vehicle. The tech was very nice, saw that i was leaving with my vehicle unhappay and took the time to explain what the problem is and where to get help, and i shouldn't be paying for this prolem with so few miles and the vehicle well taken care of with powertrain warrenty left. The only reason i would return to Nye Chevy is the thoughtful and compenate tech.
