I’m writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at your service center. I had my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica towed to your facility because of a bad engine starter, something the recent experience I had at your service center. I had my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica towed to your facility because of a bad engine starter, something I had already diagnosed myself and communicated clearly when I brought the vehicle in. Despite this, it took three days before diagnostics were finally performed, and I was charged $250 just to confirm what I had already told you. What’s even more disappointing is the outrageous quote I received—$1,502.89 to replace a starter. This included the diagnostic fee, even though the issue had already been identified. I declined your overpriced repair and took my Pacifica to a different shop, where they replaced the starter with an OEM Moppar part for $650 (labor included), less than half your quote, and provided prompt and respectful service performing the whole job in less than 5 hours. This experience was frustrating and left me feeling taken advantage of. I’ve lost trust in your business and will not be returning for future service. More
