2019 Toyota Corolla L On perhaps the coldest day of 2019, Kenny Tempro (Sales) greeted us as we got out of our car in the parking lot and escorted us inside the showroom. W On perhaps the coldest day of 2019, Kenny Tempro (Sales) greeted us as we got out of our car in the parking lot and escorted us inside the showroom. We were looking to replace our 1993 Corolla with a 2019 Corolla, so he showed us the Corolla LE we were interested in and accompanied us on a test-drive. Wow, technology has really advanced since 1993, so we decided to buy a Corolla L because it offered keyed entry (locks on driver & passenger doors and trunk) and some simpler features than the LE. The 2019 Corolla is wider and longer than our 1993 Corolla, so we were concerned about it fitting in our garage. (It does fit, but there's not enough space to push the snowblower from the back of the garage to the driveway without moving the car.) Kenny Tempro also took care of the registry and insurance changes for us and gave us an "accessory demo" on our new car, since we did not test-drive the Corolla L. I would highly recommend Mr. Tempro in Sales. We are long-time customers (sales & service) of this dealership. More

What About Bob?!? A++++ Saturday night my car suddenly decided it was done. I needed a car. Fast. Minimal time & budget to work with, spent several hours at other places lo Saturday night my car suddenly decided it was done. I needed a car. Fast. Minimal time & budget to work with, spent several hours at other places looking for a used vehicle. OK why not another used Toyota. Walked into the very busy showroom late New Years Eve afternoon, not very hopeful I'd be successful in the few hours the store would be open. I saw this guy finish up with other customers and walk my way. At that moment I had a new friend in a car salesman - Bob Wilfand. I knew what I wanted & needed, saw a few outside, and Bob took it from there. We went thru the whole process in record time because he was so easy and straightfoward to deal with. Even though it was New Years Eve and close to closing time Bob didn't try to rush thru it, brought several other guys over to give info, answer questions, get the deal done to my total satisfaction. Arthur, Eric and a few others helped make the process painless. Bob even introduced me to the owner Greg - who does that? New Years Day I happily drove away in my new used Venza :O) Thank you, Bob, for making the purchase of a used car a most pleasant experience! More
