I rated this Service Center (five stars) basically because the service advisor, Art Palazzolo, was professional, knowledgeable and customer focused. He greeted me as soon as I came in for my appointm because the service advisor, Art Palazzolo, was professional, knowledgeable and customer focused. He greeted me as soon as I came in for my appointment, understood my concerns and kept me posted on the progress. I suggest the management of Lia Toyota take a look at their service prices. Based on my experience of getting my car serviced in the higher cost of living Boston area (which I've traveled to quite frequently), Lia Toyota prices seem to be even higher in comparison. Wait for coupons or specials, if you can. Overall, five stars for Art Palazzolo and the above suggestion for management. More

Art Palazzolo has been helping me for many years, and this time, as usual, his work was exceptional. I had a minor car emergency, and Art quickly responded to my email giving me recommendations on things this time, as usual, his work was exceptional. I had a minor car emergency, and Art quickly responded to my email giving me recommendations on things to do before the appointment, which was scheduled for the next day. Upon my arrival, Art clearly explained my options for repairs and made excellent suggestions. He also went through my service history and made recommendations for routine maintenance, which were updated after technicians inspected the vehicle. During my visit Art was very friendly and helpful, and technicians did an excellent job. I am lucky to have Lia Toyota as my service center, and Art Palazzolo is a great asset for this organization.
