Great Service This review is for my visit to Lia Toyota of Colonie on March 20, 2019. I was there for a service appointment to get a safety recall completed on my T This review is for my visit to Lia Toyota of Colonie on March 20, 2019. I was there for a service appointment to get a safety recall completed on my Toyota Tacoma. Vanessa greeted me when I first arrived and got the process started, then Arthur took over from there. Both Vanessa and Arthur were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Arthur kept me informed periodically on the status of my truck while I was waiting. I am happy with the work done on my truck to correct the safety recall and there is a noticeable difference in break performance. I would like to thank Vanessa, Arthur, and the rest of the service team behind the scenes for taking good care of my truck and for the excellent service. I would highly recommend Vanessa, Arthur, and the rest of the service team at Lia Toyota of Colonie, as I have never had a bad experience there. More

Another Great Experience I recently visited Lia Toyota of Colonie for a service appointment on March 2, 2019. My service advisor was Arthur Palazzolo. Arthur was very friendly I recently visited Lia Toyota of Colonie for a service appointment on March 2, 2019. My service advisor was Arthur Palazzolo. Arthur was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and kept me informed while at the dealership. I had scheduled this appointment because of a recall notice I recently received. Unfortunately, I was not able to get the recall taken care of that day, as a part needed to be ordered. I had scheduled this appointment online for the first time, so I had no way of knowing a part needed to be ordered until I arrived at the dealership. Even though I could not get the recall taken care of that day, I still had a great experience. Arthur informed me right away that a part needed to be ordered and had my vehicle brought back out to the front of the dealership so I could leave. I would like to thank Arthur for his assistance during the visit and I would highly recommend him. I look for to my next visit to get the recall taken care of as i'm sure the experience will be just as exceptional as my past experiences. I would highly recommend Lia Toyota of Colonie, they have an excellent sales and service team, and I have never had a bad experience there. More

Quick in and out I was met by Art Palazzolo as I pulled in for my 7am 10k service appointment. He asked if I were waiting with the car and I told him I was and had to I was met by Art Palazzolo as I pulled in for my 7am 10k service appointment. He asked if I were waiting with the car and I told him I was and had to go to work afterwards, As soon as my car was pulled back into the bay, Art met me in the reception area and brought me over to fill out the paperwork. Out of there before 8am. Outstanding service! More
