It was a pleasure to work with Art. He answered all my questions related to my service, explaining details of each service. He explained the invoice to me and how my discount coupons were reflected in the invoice. My car was ready when he said it would be. It was raining when I was leaving, so he had my car brough back into the bay so I would not have to walk in the rain to get to my car. I would definitely prefer to work with Art at my next service appointment. More
