Extremely rude by doing that. He also did not return the multiple phone calls we put out to him, in addition to an email concerning warranties. Not a good representation of your dealership. Any rating less than 5 star is completely about the finance section and dissatisfaction I felt with JB More

Acura of Ramsey was the BEST car purchase experience I ever had. Living in NC I went to a local dealer in VA. I received "Internet Pricing" in an email. Found out the small print on the email was an err ever had. Living in NC I went to a local dealer in VA. I received "Internet Pricing" in an email. Found out the small print on the email was an error in pricing??? What!!!!!!!! Upped my Purchase Price $1,629! Originally from NJ, emailed Acura of Ramsey. The price quote was right (saved $1500) and the ease of doing business over the phone was simple. No pressure or double talk as received from the VA Dealer. Artie is stand up salesman and David was right there with him. More
