This was our third car purchase from Acura of Ramsey. I've purchased 2011 Acura TL and the lastest purchase was 2014 Acura TSX for my wife. The closest dealership from where I reside is Park Ave Acura, I've purchased 2011 Acura TL and the lastest purchase was 2014 Acura TSX for my wife. The closest dealership from where I reside is Park Ave Acura, however I prefer to business with Ramsey because they treat you like a family. My sales person was Arthur Nevruzian (Artie). He is a pleasant to work with, doesn't pressure you into purchasing or leasing on the spot, and doesn't not give you the run around with the price. Another thing that impressed me with this dealership was that, my wife was considering other models (Lexus, Infiniti, Nissan, etc), and when Ramsey asked us what other models were were considering, we told them that she test drove Lexus IS250, Nissan Altima, etc, and Ramsey told us they were good and dependable cars and had nothing negative to say about other manufactures, whereas other dealers which I won't mentioned had nothing good to say about their competitors. I know it's all business but I felt more connection with Ramsey, and I would definitely recommend Acura of Ramsey to those who are considering Acura. More

It's our second purchase here with the same salesperson--Artie. It would have been much easier to purchase the car at a dealership closer to our home but we had such a great experience the fir salesperson--Artie. Price out the car anywhere you want or via internet--but save Ramsey Acura for last as they are sure to beat it all. More

The shopping and purchasing process at Ramsey Acura was professional from start to finish. Artie was patient and respectful and never used a "hard sell" approach. I negotiated a price that beat Edmunds' "True Market Value" price with no drama. For financing I scoured local and on-line banks for the best rate. I expected JB would match it. I was delighted when he beat it by 20 basis points. There is a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction at this dealership. Case in point: Two days after I took delivery of my MDX I noticed the traffic monitoring function in the Nav system was not active. I went back to the dealer. Rather than simply shuffle me down to Service, Artie struggled to trouble shoot the problem. He couldn't. Soon the Service department was involved. There were calls to AcuraLink in California. Tom from Service offered me a car to take while they kept mine to hopefully fix the problem. I was very impressed with the sense of urgency everyone had to fix this problem! (The problem turned out to be a computer server glitch in California and had nothing to do with my car. It was fixed a couple days later.) More

I was looking to buy a new 2014 MDX to replace my 152,000 + 2006 MDX. My old dealer was unwilling to move on the price so I decided to look elsewhere. I tried several local Westchester dealers and got a litt + 2006 MDX. My old dealer was unwilling to move on the price so I decided to look elsewhere. I tried several local Westchester dealers and got a little movement on the price, but no where near what I thought was a reasonable deal. I live in New York and several of my friends said to try New Jersey. I Goggled several dealership in New Jersey with Acura of Ramsey being the closest. I showed up cold at the dealership and met Artie Nevruzian, who I found to be very friendly and knowledgeable. I told him that I knew what I wanted and was only interested in the price. I told him that if he beat the best price I had received thus far by $100.00 the deal was his. He had someone look at my car and then gave me an offer that beat my best offer by several hundred dollars. Before getting the car there was a problem with Carfax which said that my car had be Totaled in 2009, when in reality it had only be in an accident. Artie worked diligently for the next five days with my insurance company and Carfax to remedy the false report. He kept me in the loop by reporting to me how things where moving along with Carfax. I appreciate Artie's hard work and diligence in remedying the Carfax problem. More
