Skyline service has always been top notch and treated me very well. They’re polite, personable, and always keep my updated. My first visit in June was an all day drop off that I took off of work. I got a ride back to Dallas and was called back 30 minutes after I arrived home only to find out all that was needed was a picture took off of work. I got a ride back to Dallas and was called back 30 minutes after I arrived home only to find out all that was needed was a picture of my vin. Why couldn’t that happen while I waited? I was then told I would receive a call back in 2-3 weeks when parts arrived. 4 months later I finally got a call. A second recall had come about since the first appt. I asked if both would be done. The answer was yes. I asked again when I dropped the car off and was told yea again. They were both listed in the work order. Upon picking up my car I was told only one recall had been done. So now I am looking at. A 3rd day off work to get this taken care of. Management is poor. I would not purchase a car from skyline and probably Would not purchase a Ford again. More
