I called to make an appointment to have my windshield washer sprayer reattached to the hose and was told to just schedule an oil change and have them take care of it at that time. Brought my car in and w washer sprayer reattached to the hose and was told to just schedule an oil change and have them take care of it at that time. Brought my car in and was told the mechanics are only certified to do oil changes and she would check it herself and let me know. When she let me know via text my car was ready I responded asking about the issue and she never responded to me. When I arrived to pick up my car she was gone and nobody could answer my question. The next morning I reached out to ask if they can fix The issue or not and never got a response. I’ll take my vehicle elsewhere for service from now on. More

My son is a heavy duty mechanic and when my car needs more than routine see, I call him with the details and he tells me they are doing the right repair and at a very affordable cost. The support staff is great, including the county driver, the cashier, and the attendant taking calls to set up the service. Nice work and wonderful experience all the way around. More

Normally good service but had a few issues this time. In for a tire repair and check on overall wear of tires. Sent a text to the number given asking about status after an hour plus of waiting and never In for a tire repair and check on overall wear of tires. Sent a text to the number given asking about status after an hour plus of waiting and never received a response. When car was ready the warning light was still on and the tire was under inflated. Also no one had checked for tire wear. I had to seek help on both counts. More
