Everything when good as far as getting my pickup fixed. When there was some confusion though on if we should have to pay the diagnosis fee arturo had zero customer service. When we explained that the service person from the dealership we bought our ford from had told us not to rush to bring the pickup in for just the tailgate issue arturos exact words to my husband were “I’m not saying you’re lying but you can’t prove that” which was a nice way of saying he was lying. I do not expect every dealership to all work the same but there was zero compromise or even sympathy that we had gotten not so good advice. I definitely will never return to this dealership. More
