Waited almost two hours for an oil change, tire rotation and lightbulb replacement and only left with an oil change. Was told they don’t have the special key to get my tires off my car for the rotation, but and lightbulb replacement and only left with an oil change. Was told they don’t have the special key to get my tires off my car for the rotation, but at the two previous oil changes they didn’t have this issue. I also never got the lightbulb replaced because Infinity brought them the wrong bulb twice, so they decided not to do it after that. More
