We bought a 2016 minivan from the used car lot here about 2 1/2 years ago. We also bought the extended warranty that covered 60,000 miles/5 years. They told us there was no deductible if we brought it to them for warranty work. We took it into the service dept at Corwin for warranty work as the vehicle was misfiring. They told us nothing was wrong, it was maybe bad gas. They suggested changing the spark plugs, in which we did. Ten months later to April 2023 we took it in for the exact same problem. They told us we needed a new engine and now we were outside our warranty. They told us we were 16k miles over our warranty on our van. We asked for them to make it right since we just took it to them 10 months ago for the same issue. They gave us a bill of 11k dollars to put a new engine in. Todd the service manager, said that they did all they could. We took it home and realized that it was only 4k miles over the warranty on the vehicle. We called and spoke with Todd again and he offered no remorse. More
