I truly appreciate all that Ron has done to ensure my satisfaction. I did not give him an easy way to go yet he has been consistently fair, professional, patient, and gracious throughout. He’s had my back for the past month (after purchase) and it has not gone unnoticed. He could have easily washed his hands of me once I signed on the dotted line however that is not his character. He has high ethical standards and wishes to do what is right. Ron made good on every promise, and had outstanding follow up and follow through. He is the consummate professional.
