I recently had the pleasure of working with Ron Askew (sales agent) who went above and beyond to assist me with my car purchase--BMW X1. From the moment I walked into the dealership, he greeted me with a (sales agent) who went above and beyond to assist me with my car purchase--BMW X1. From the moment I walked into the dealership, he greeted me with a friendly and welcoming attitude. He took time to listen to my needs and preferences, and patiently answered all my questions; when he didn't know the answer, he was honest and humble enough to admit it (he recommended that I schedule an appointment with one of the Geniuses to help with those questions). Throughout the entire purchasing process, he provided valuable insights and most importantly, he never pressured me into making a decision. At one point, I decided to go to CarMax to see if I could get a better offer for my car; in my experience, most sales agents would have pressured us to not do this but not Ron--he was still supportive and welcomed us back when we returned from CarMax. Even after purchasing and taking the car home, he still promptly answers all my text messages and he avails himself to talk with me whenever I have questions. Overall, I had a great experience with Ron and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable and helpful car agent (5/5 rating). More

Ron Askew changed my life in one day. I knew exactly what kind of truck I wanted and he fought hard for me to get approved to get my dream car. After he gave me the best news that I was approve for my SUV M50i. He made sure all my concerns and questions were answered. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was taking care of before I pull off. He was well invested into this as much as I was. I am just grateful Ron made that day happen for me because it wasn't an easy fight, but he wasn't willing to give up.
