Luis, Arvin, and Jose were all great Luis, Arvin, and Jose were all very helpful and pleasant to work with. I was looking for a compact SUV for my family and started my search with the RA Luis, Arvin, and Jose were all very helpful and pleasant to work with. I was looking for a compact SUV for my family and started my search with the RAV4. They understood that I was just starting and didn't pressure me to make any decision. After test driving different cars, I decided that a certified pre-owned RAV4 was what I wanted, and Jose patiently let me comb through the inventory until I found the one that I wanted. During this process, there was never any pressure to close the deal. I live close to the dealership and look forward to servicing the car here and being a customer. More

Great Experience!! Arvin told me up front that he would do what he could to help me find a car within my price range. Well, he did just that! He found discounts I was eligible for and I saved $500. He was very patient and polite! If someone I know needs a car, I would tell them to see Arvin! When I met with Bienvenu about my loan eligibility, he ran the numbers for a couple different cars and told me what my monthly payment would be. He is awesome! He answered all my questions! These guys are the best!! More
