Horrible bait and switch. Went with my daughter to help her buy her first car. Dealer has used vehicle at decent price listed. Called and arranged morning test drive. Called again before we left and were assured the vehicle was still available. When we arrived we were told the vehicle had sold. We were told be the sold several hours before we arrived and several hours before they confirmed with us it was still there. But that would also have been before the dealership opened. No apology given but they certainly wanted to try to sell us another car at a higher price. They did not. To make matters worse, when we got home I called again just asking if the car was available and was told it was still there, which of course we knew to be false. So that's my kids first car buying experience. Needless to say, she wont be a loyal customer. More

Matthew never once left me unattended and thoroughly demonstrated each and every aspect and feature of the vehicles i was interested in. Matthew even went above and beyond and wasn't once annoyed that i wanted to test drive close to seven vehicles before he found the one that fit my needs the best. Great Experience!! I had a fantastic experience with my lease purchase this past March. My sales rep (Asad Kamal) was great to work with. I informed him I was looking fo I had a fantastic experience with my lease purchase this past March. My sales rep (Asad Kamal) was great to work with. I informed him I was looking for a new 2017 Maxima. Gave him the specs I wanted - color, model. Let him know price range I was looking for. He did the research, gave me a call & my car & paperwork were ready in a week. At other dealerships, I feel pressure and not comfortable. He was easy to talk to & made purchasing as seamless as possible. I have 2 small kids & don't enjoy spending 3+ hours filling out paperwork or hassling over price. I came in filled out paperwork with no hiccup & was in & out in in about in a hour. This is my 3rd purchase with Asad & he is the reason why I go back to Middletown Nissan. I've dealt with DeCormier & Harte & they did not deliver the quality customer service that Asad does. Great Service!!! He's the best! More
