I chose Golf Mills over my local Chevy dealership because of Golf Mills staff. I will most likely have the first few services at Golf Mills and then transition to my local Chevy dealership. My experience once they sell the vehicle to you they are done. Called salesman and no return call and left message and no return call. Door handle was suppose to be fixed where to put key in if needed as th done. Called salesman and no return call and left message and no return call. Door handle was suppose to be fixed where to put key in if needed as that took 3 times but ok when I picked up but had to take in service on a off day for same problem and tried to explain the whole story but seemed she didn’t want to listen. Service didn’t know any problem with handle so didn’t know who fixed it the other 3 times. I have a Colorado and no problem with service but seemed they had a turn over on employees which isn’t as good as before. Happy with the Equinox as second car but just seemed once the salesman sold to car that’s it. More
