A friend of mine recommended eCarOne, where I found the car I was looking for, 2017 430i Grand Coupe. The car was listed at a wholesale price and I was able to buy it without any hassle. Ash, who help me with the transaction, was extremely professional and courteous. I found him to be upfront and transparent about the transaction. When I told him that I was getting a better finance rate on my own, he went and talked to his finance people and got me a fantastic great. This will be the dealership I’m going to go to for my future car buying. I would highly recommend ecarone and the great service that Ash provided. I found the perfect car with all the features i wanted, emailed them to see this car i wanted, Felipe responded back fast, I went over there to check it out and compare the 30+ pictures to the actual car itself, and made a deposit to to hold it so i can get all of my stuff ready to purchase it. Felipe was awesome!!! He didn't hassle me, force my hand, hover over my back....Felipe was the Salesman I felt comfortable working with and I admire salesmen who respect my space. They fixed up the car and took care of the minor scratches on it, oil change, detail...It was a new car for a used 2014. Amazing Service I flew from KY to Dallas to purchase my Ram Dually. I was willing to travel that far mainly because of the price. When I arrived in Dallas, I was me I flew from KY to Dallas to purchase my Ram Dually. I was willing to travel that far mainly because of the price. When I arrived in Dallas, I was met with amazing service by Ash. He arranged for someone to pick me up from the airport and shuttle me to their facility. He tossed me the keys to take it out and said take 30-45 minutes to check it out. There was one small issue with the front passengers side hubcap. I mentioned it to Ash, and he had a replacement sent to me promptly. This is my first buy from EcarOne, but definitely not my last. Thanks Ash for everything. More
