Straightforward, Quick and Great Experience I wanted to share the great experience I had purchasing my car from E-CarOne working with Ash Osman. Ash was really amazing to work with making sure I wanted to share the great experience I had purchasing my car from E-CarOne working with Ash Osman. Ash was really amazing to work with making sure there was no pressure from his side, and taking the time to help me find my car. It took me a few months to find the exact color, feature combinations, and low mileage that I was looking for, while Ash patiently worked with me. He kept an eye out for what I was looking for and would keep me updated on new inventory only passing info never pressuring. I am very excited to have picked up a car with very low miles, the exact color combination, and features that I wanted at a great price which was better than I expected. I was looking at other cars nationwide but E-CarOne had a great selection of great cars to choose from as well very aggressive pricing with great extended warranty options. The car was taken care of really well by the previous owner and pretty much brand new at a great price. As soon as my car came online after it was purchased by e-CarOne, I immediately put a deposit on it and once on site after confirming it was exactly as advertised and I purchased it the same day I saw it. I had a few questions on the warranty offered for which Ash and Rami did a great job addressing all of my concerns. I have been driving the car for a few days now and am very happy with the whole experience. The acutal purchasing was just as easy. Love the way they do things here! Only negative thing I have to say is that the parking lot is a little tight - especially near the valet area. More
