Yazdi, we are sorry you feel this way, but we do want to clarify the facts. A basic charging cable was included with the vehicle, which meets our policy for EV sales. While all EVs sold by eCarOne are guaranteed to include a charging cable, upgraded Level 2 adapters or additional accessories are not guaranteed unless specifically listed as included. That said, we did tell you we would assist with getting the upgraded adapter, and your salesperson did communicate with you regarding the concern. We are sorry there was any confusion around what was included with the vehicle, but we do not agree that no charger was provided or that there was no follow up. We appreciate your business and regret that this part of the experience left you frustrated.
