Hello, I’m Asher Puri; Business Manager for Germain Toyota of Columbus. I started in the automotive industry in 2000 joining the Germain team in 2009. I believe in treating each and every customer’s money as if it was my own. I moved to the United States for higher education at OSU. In my free time I stay busy raising my two beautiful daughters and enjoy spending time with friends and family. Our favorite vacation spot is Cedar Point, we are definitely a roller coaster freak family. I assume you might call this a hidden talent, but I can eat a raw habanero pepper and not even blink or feel heat. I also speak 5 languages. My favorite Toyota is any fully loaded model.

Linda and Asher were great but the financing process they are forced to follow is crazy. Shouldn’t take 2 hours to complete financing. i even called ahead. Linda was trying her best to get us in and out within an hour but that didn’t happen. Also not happy with the service department in any way. I bought the truck new there last year, brought it over for its first service and they told me it was too big to have an alignment redone that I would have to schedule an appointment next door. I live 2 hours away.. This is the second $60,000 car I have bought here in 6 months and when we got in the Sequoia to leave the battery was dead. Service wanted to make us wait even longer to get in que for a battery change. Linda ended up running to parts to get a battery and my father and I changed it ourself. A tech even came up and walked by and didn’t offer to help. Other than that we love the new Sequoia. More
