He listened to what I needed, requested and how I would like to get the procedure done. He’s prompt, timely and accurate with information and took initiative to look things over without even being in the dealership to purchase an used BMW. Asher from finance also made huge accommodation to get the paperwork handled seamlessly with no hassle. They even offered to deliver the vehicle since it’s an plug-in hybrid and I was worried about the range to drive it back. We were assured it would not affect our credit rating, etc. We wanted to pay cash but the finance guy, Asher Puri, literally forced the credit card on my wife. Our credit score went down almost 25 points on account of it . I would definitely say to watch out for the high pressure tactics of their finance people. If we do business with them again I will never deal with Asher again and may not do business at all if he is still employed with them. More
