Went the extra mile...literally My girlfriend and I drove nearly 2hrs from Wadsworth, OH in the rain to look at a 2012 Honda Ridgeline. Tanesha had it pulled inside so we could look My girlfriend and I drove nearly 2hrs from Wadsworth, OH in the rain to look at a 2012 Honda Ridgeline. Tanesha had it pulled inside so we could look at it without standing in the downpour. The price negotiation was painless. I noticed a screw in a tire on the truck but being Saturday evening and nearly closing time, all the technicians were gone. Tanesha assured me the tire would be fixed on Monday and then the vehicle could be delivered to my home on Tuesday. Tanesha stayed after the dealer closed for the night to make sure I got through financing smoothly. Asher Puri, also stayed late to get my paperwork complete. I have purchased over a dozen vehicles at various dealers and this was the fastest I have ever gotten paperwork signed. Asher moved through the paperwork seamlessly all while telling us stories about his family and his office decor. The conversation and interaction with Tanesha and Asher was refreshing and worth the 4hrs in a car on a Saturday night. On Tuesday, the Ridgeline was delivered to my home, 2hrs away, as promised. More

Certainly not as "pushy" as some other dealerships I have experienced and responsive to requests. Not everything went as planned with the process and there were some bumps along the road, but nothing that Germain did not address or rectify. I interacted with many members of the team at Germain (Omar, Greg, Joe, Asher and Tanesha) All were pleasant enough and would be a reason to return. Tanesha was my rep and have nothing but compliments. I am borderline 5 stars for Germain but there were some areas to improve so they get 4. Tanesha gets a 5 as she did a great job for the role she has. More

The finance agent talked only in terms of monthly payments when he knew full well that we intended to pay off the van within a few months. More
