I wasn't planning on purchasing that day, but Bernard's friendly and sincere personality made the deal for me. He treated me like I was family. When it was time to sign the final papers, I met with Asher Puri, who was just as kind and patient at explaining all my options. I would highly recommend Germian Toyota to all my family and friends. Nonetheless, after a few visits we decided to purchase a new 2017 4Runner. The Manager on-duty gave us an additional $2K for our trade-in to seal the deal. My experience ended with Asher Puri - the Finance Guy. He was a red belt. Hungry to make it to the next level. Asher had great energy and explained our financing options very well. We were treated like VIPs for the day. Thanks Guys! More

Very disapointed We went there to buy a new car and we were approached by the sales rep. Colleen Kofron. We explained to her about our four runner being hit and how we wanted to trade it in so we went and looked at other four runners but they were pricey for us so we looked at RAV4 and we liked it so we test drove it. it was a white color and we told her we liked it but in a different color. We liked everything about it and that's what we wanted but different color. When we agreed on the price and the color she sent us to the financial person. She took it upon herself without showing what this RAV4 didn't have compared to the one we wanted and changed the plates while we were with the financial person and downgraded the RAV4 that we thought we were getting. The finance person, Asher Puri, he kept pushing the extra package for the service and the warranty without explaining anything about the warranty that existed through the original warranty. the loan was 0,9 for 72 months with his calculation and warranty came up to 4.22 for 84 months. Next day we called and wanted to cancel the service and maintenance. They did cancel it and gave us the money on the loan but we got stuck with 4.22 rate for 84 months instead of 0.9 for 72 months. We have purchased 2 cars before from the same dealership and our daughter bought hers from there because we recommended it but from now on we won't come and buy from this dealership. The whole time we were there every other sentence from both of them was about the survey. All they talked about was making sure we gave them excellence on the survey. More

Went in for service and left with new car I went in to get my oil changed at close to the end of my lease and was asked if I was going to buy or turn in my car. I said I wasn't sure. The servi I went in to get my oil changed at close to the end of my lease and was asked if I was going to buy or turn in my car. I said I wasn't sure. The service man asked me if I had time, that I may want to see if any special options were available since I was just about to go over on my allotted miles. To make a long story short: I drove home in a new car for the same monthly payment. I'm very pleased. More

I honeslty have never dealt with a car salesman that was more vested in making sure that his customers got a deal they could afford and walked away feeling good about their experience Tom was so easy to work with and went more than the extra mile with every thing we needed. We had a very complicated situation with hail damage to our vehicle and a bad lease deal. Yet somehow the folks at Germain made it all work. We were so pleased with our expereince that we went back five days later and bought anothher car and because we live two hours away germain had it delivered for us. I can honeslty say this has been the best car buying experience that i have had and we will be stopping first to see Tom at Germain when the time comes again. More
