I recently went to David for service on my Grand Cherokee. The staff in the service department were incredibly rude. They didn’t even want to review all that my car was coming in for service for. So, it’s no surprise that the tech could not duplicate the issues I was having. After finally getting a chance to explain the issue to the service staff, the repair that they didn’t even made no sense. The rudeness continued when I came back to return my rental car and pick up my vehicle. I was going out of my way to go to David, since I got the vehicle from them, but after this experience I won’t be back to have service done there again (no need to get treated that way) and the whole experience left such a bad impression that I’m not even sure I want to get my next lease from them. More

David dodge is the worst dealership me and my family have ever dealt with I purchased 3 vehicles from them within 6 months and my family bought 3 more in the last 3 years they don’t value there customers at ever dealt with I purchased 3 vehicles from them within 6 months and my family bought 3 more in the last 3 years they don’t value there customers at all and have the absolute worst service to deal with, I’m currently dealing with a hazardous electrical issue in my vehicle and have been told they can’t get my vehicle in to even be looked at so that a rental car is covered under my warranty so I have a reliable car so I don’t lose my job. the service technician are ignorant and so are the service managers i wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone and they’ve now lost my entire family as customers. More
