Ashleigh at the service center is the absolute best person to work with! My battery died on a Sunday when the dealership was closed and I couldn’t make an appointment. I dropped my car off and called a person to work with! My battery died on a Sunday when the dealership was closed and I couldn’t make an appointment. I dropped my car off and called and left a voicemail hoping she could squeeze me in and within an hour of them opening she was calling me to tell me my car was fixed and ready to go. The service staff are always friendly and welcoming, but Ashleigh is by the far always exceeding my expectations and is the reason I always go back to this location for questions and maintenance! More

If you're like me, I judge my belief & comfortability of vehicle purchases based on dealership service centers. I don't know about all of you, but I've had such fantastic experiences with Ashley Ray from LH vehicle purchases based on dealership service centers. I don't know about all of you, but I've had such fantastic experiences with Ashley Ray from LHM Hyundai in Peoria that I feel it deserves recognition. And I'm not an easy person to deal with... I demand personal attention to get things done in priority as I'm always on the go and have little time for car dealerships with less than par service. I simply refuse to deal with over-promising and under delivering of service. I would actually say that Ashley in Service is in fact... unusual by standard, by the reason that she always performs nothing short of going "out of her way" to ensure I am completely satisfied with everything I ask. How often can you say this about your vehicles service center? I can honestly admit this is not the case with the majority of dealership service centers in AZ. Looking for security in knowing that you can count on someone to be honest, ensure you get what you want and that you're well taken care? Ask for Ashley. I want value for my money... and I get it with Ashley, hands down. I'm thankful she seeks out my expectations and strives to meet them whenever I call. I also appreciate that she understands what I want in return for spending my hard-earned money where it's needed. Not many fit her mold. These extremely important factors are also the simple reason why I've chosen Larry H. Miller in Peoria for my last 2 vehicle purchases and also will be the reason for my upcoming third. I had an appointment at 7 A. M. for recall work to be done on my Palisade. My service agent is Ashleigh Ray, as usual. It turned out that it enough miles on it to justify an oil M. for recall work to be done on my Palisade. My service agent is Ashleigh Ray, as usual. It turned out that it enough miles on it to justify an oil change, I agreed and approved the oil change, they took the vehicle in and my wife and I decided to wait for a while before we head out for breakfast somewhere near. I remembered that I needed runner-boards on my SUV to make it easier for my wife to climb into it. I asked Ashleigh for the cost to install them, and she looked it up, and I decided on installing the set. It was supposed to take about a couple of hours for the recall work to be done, with the addition of the oil change and the runner-board installation, I figured anywhere up to three and a half hours. Then I got a text that it was time for the 15K mile service and upon inspection there were few things needed to be replaced which were ware and tare items. I agreed on these too, and considered about 4 hours work. And off we went for breakfast. Ashleigh, however kept me updated all along the way of the work progress, plus the link the dealership sent me to track the work on my vehicle. To make the long story short, we left the dealership around 2 P.M. I am not complaining, just stating what I got myself into that day. The waiting room was full of customers, and we never got bored, especially the fact that Ashleigh was on top of everything and kept us in the loop every 20 to 30 minutes, her smile and sweet attitude made us feel as we are dealing with a friend rather than a dealership employee. Thank you Ashleigh for an excellent job in making us comfortable, and never had a dull moment while our vehicle was being pampered. More
