They worked with me There were positives and negatives. The first negative was that the price of the parts was quoted higher than another estimate I brought in and had to There were positives and negatives. The first negative was that the price of the parts was quoted higher than another estimate I brought in and had to ask to get a price match. Positive-they matched the price. Negative-the parts department ordered the wrong part and I had to come in 2 separate times to get repairs done because the wrong part was ordered at first. I asked if I could get a free oil change for my trouble, Ashley asked the manager if he could do that and he gave me a $50 credit instead. This is a positive. To make my experience better, I would have preferred that the parts department match the price without me asking and that if there is an error from the service department (such as ordering the wrong part), that Toyota would offer a credit without me having to ask. They did take care of me after I asked, I would feel better knowing that it’s also Toyota’s goal to take care of me too. More

waisted trip I was due for my 25,000 ck, thinking I was due for an oil change I made an apt. I am not close to the dealership. If iI new that I would not have made an apt, as it is much to far of a drive for just that. When I made the apt. they should have told me what I was only due for and if I was having any issues to let them know as to take care of everything at once. 15k Tacoma service Had a bit of time on my hands last Friday afternoon and stopped into Racine Toyota for my Toyota Care free 15k service. Even though it was a Friday an Had a bit of time on my hands last Friday afternoon and stopped into Racine Toyota for my Toyota Care free 15k service. Even though it was a Friday and an unscheduled visit, I was able to get in and out in quick order. Ashleigh took care of everything. While waiting in the customer area, I even stuck my head into the internet service area where Kassandra did an update on my profile and change an outdated email address I had on file with my new email. Check engine light and several others stayed on after startg No issue with dealership. They made a good effort to help and even suggest that I call Toyota about my issue with my Tundra. 2008 model with 68K mil No issue with dealership. They made a good effort to help and even suggest that I call Toyota about my issue with my Tundra. 2008 model with 68K miles and the secondary injection system was stuck open. I am not even sure what that is or if I said it correctly. It is under warranty for 10yr/100K. My warranty expired 10 days ago due to the 10 year mark. I called Toyota and spoke with Matthew. His quote was “it doesnt matter if it is 1 minute or 1 mile out of warranty, Toyota will not cover it.” I have only purchased Toyota (2) or Lexus (2) vehicles in the last 10 years. Four vehicles in total and all purchased new. Right now, I really dont care to purchase another product. More
