I had a great experience with the service team at Tynan’s Volkswagen during a stressful situation after relocating to Colorado. Shortly after arriving, my Tiguan (“Heidi,” as I call her) developed a serious Volkswagen during a stressful situation after relocating to Colorado. Shortly after arriving, my Tiguan (“Heidi,” as I call her) developed a serious oil leak and was running very rough. The team took my concerns seriously right away, clearly explained the valve cover issue, and kept me informed throughout the repair process. They also provided a 2026 Volkswagen loaner, which made everything much easier. One especially nice touch was learning that Matt, the technician working on my car, was a graduate of Pickens Technical College — the same school my husband is connected to — which gave us extra confidence in the care Heidi was receiving. When I got my car back, she ran beautifully — smooth, quiet, and riding just as nicely as the loaner. The professionalism, transparency, and genuine customer care really stood out. I would absolutely recommend Tynan’s Volkswagen service department. More

Glad I could get the car in quickly, but they had it for 5 days and didn't fix 2 of the 3 issues I brought it in for. Hi my name is scott and i had a 2004 touareg towed in because of a no start condition caused by my company programming a key i recieved a call ashley in service a week later stating a computer communic because of a no start condition caused by my company programming a key i recieved a call ashley in service a week later stating a computer communication problem we took them some used parts that we took directly from the same car weeks later after i left numerous messages for ashley as she was not available of which none were returned we had the car towed to McDonald automotive group and were promised they would work on it 1 or 2 days and in fact they had it done in 1 day communication was severely lacking. All of the time you had the car i almost ended up in court with my customer. More
