Very knowledgeable professionals and accommodating. Justin was the salesperson assisting me. What a guy!! Answered all the queries with patience and negotiation was done professionally. After a 3 hour drive we arrived. We were warmly welcomed. Our salesman, Louis Dymant, was amazingly helpful! He was polite, respectful and saw to all of our creature comfort needs. His knowledge of the vehicles was absolutely remarkable! He was very helpful in educating us in every detail and patiently answered all of our questions. He went above what any buyer can expect from a salesman. Thank you Louis and the Volvo team who all worked hard to help us reach our budgeted goal! And, Ashley Bush was very personable and kind as she educated us on all of the bells and whistles before heading home. The 3 hour drive back home was a beautiful and comfortable pleasure in my new Volvo!!! More
